Distribution of the 2012 Quarter 2 Medicare Coverage Gap Discount Program (CGDP) invoices was completed today, August 31, 2012. Please check your CGDP mailbox to confirm receipt.
As stated in the Manufacturer Agreement, Manufacturers have 38 days from date of report receipt to make payment and 5 business days from the payment date to submit a Payment Confirmation. Manufacturers are required to pay Q2 invoices to Part D sponsors by Tuesday, October 9, 2012 and to report Payment Confirmation to the TPA by Tuesday, October 16, 2012.
